Anti Procrastination
If you’d like to do that too, then I’d love to help you with anti procrastination.
So, how do you do this? How do you get rid of procrastination?
Well, procrastination is emotional. In fact, it’s a way to avoid an emotion you don’t want to feel: tedium, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of ridicule… What is it for you?
Consider it for a little while and figure out what emotions your procrastination covers up. Once you do this, then you know what you need to work on.
For instance, if you’re afraid of failure, consider the fact that procrastinating to avoid failure is already failing—and as such is a worthless strategy. If you’re afraid of failing, give up entirely or actually try! Procrastinating only causes you to fail and as such is just a complete waste of time! Work on new ways to find faith in yourself, determination to succeed, persistence to hang in there, and curiosity to drive you like nothing else will.
